Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The product returns will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery for any reason, whatsoever. Any damage reported after 24 hours of delivery will be considered damage by use of the product. Any manufacturing defects can be brought to notice within 24 hours of delivery itself.

NERA EXIM reserves the right to refuse to return/exchange a product if it is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

We sell handcrafted leather goods and 5-10% variation of leather color, fitting issues, different buckles than advertised on the listing, the difference in thread color, and some leather uneven cuts can be there in our products. We always try to reduce that percentage. We do not count those issues as manufacturing defects.

Refunds (if applicable)

How We Refund? 

We don’t refund shipping costs.

If the product arrived to your door with an issue (broken or damaged) you will be able to exchange it for the same product (please see Exchange section) or ask for a full refund. 

Please notice we cannot exchange, replace or refund items that have been worn, scuffed, or otherwise show signs of wear, monogrammed, stretched or personalized in any way. Items received that are not in factory mint condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense. If a tag was included with the product, do not remove this. We cannot accept returns if the tag is missing

For a full refund please send product as follows:

. We will refund your amount within 5-7 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchange .

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@neraexim.com

Shipping (International)

NERA EXIM does not cover the cost for return shipping, taxes or duties for international returns. If you would like to return your order, please contact our support team at info@neraexim.com.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees when sending the original item back to NERA EXIM. For exchanges, NERA EXIM will cover the shipping fee for sending you your new item.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case you have second thoughts just after making the payment, you can drop an email at info@neraexim.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
