PRE-ORDER
These are items that are yet not available and/or are currently sold-out from our online shop.
Pre-Order Items will ship up to 45 days since your Pre-Order purchase was made. It might be on the 45th date or before. We will communicate with you constantly with any update and you will be able to reach out to us at info@neraexim.com or through our chat. Before we ship your Pre-Order item we will communicate with you with all the required information, shipping date, tracking #, and more.
All orders placed before 12PM (IST) will ship the same day. All orders placed after 12PM (IST) will ship the next day.
We are not able to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.

International Shipping
International Shipping Charges are included in the prices. Do not include local duties or taxes.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but 6 to 14 business days is typical.
LATE DELIVERY
In any event of a late delivery, NERA EXIM will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers or a result of customs clearance delays.
